Colleges want to know about your "identity"

With the question of race taken out of the application process, colleges will now be asking applicants more about their identity through essays in the hopes of determining the student's race and continuing to assemble a diverse incoming freshmen class. In lieu of filling out the race box, answering these diversity questions is totally legal according to the SCOTUS.
