This is not your normal summer especially for students who wish to continue preparing themselves for college. Since all schools are closed and no summer programs will be available (neither summer internships, volunteer programs nor study abroad programs for that matter), what should a student do during this time? Lots! Be creative! Try to transfer whatever experience you were thinking of having into some other way whether virtually or in your house! But do something! Don't just stand there and not accomplish anything during this pandemic. You may be surprised to find out that you really enjoyed both the creative aspect of designing your own summer program and your summer program as well! Be creative!
