For this year, two new factors were considered: the Graduate Indebtedness total and the Graduate Indebtedness proportion which both indicate how schools compare in terms of the total graduate indebtedness among those with debt and the proportion of graduates with debt. These two new factors were included because affordability of college and the value of that degree after graduation are prime concerns of prospective students and their families.
